POWER JUNIOR
This bag and pad work class incorporates technical boxing coaching with core and conditioning exercises and will build on your confidence, assertiveness and self-belief. All experience and fitness levels welcome. Coaches are DBS checked and insured.

ELEVATE JUNIOR
This is a mixed gender strength and conditioning class for young people aged 8-16 that will teach young people the benefits of the gym and the importance of a healthy approach to the value of exercise for the mind as well as the body (coaches are DBS checked and insured).

I loved Kikis power class so much. I was the youngest/smallest there but was made to feel welcome. I often worked with Kiki as there were odd numbers in the class but she was so encouraging and supportive. It was fun and I came out feeling stronger.
